Chicken wings | بال مرغ

Chicken Wings (بال مرغ) are halal chicken wings marinated with Afghan spices and cooked with a golden, crisp exterior. Afghan Hawasana offers them as an appetizer or an addition to a main meal.

Ingredients and preparation

The spiced marinade gives the wings a savory flavor. They are cooked until crisp outside while the meat remains tender and juicy, offering a contrast between the outside of each wing and the meat inside.

Serving suggestions

Add Chalaw for a rice pairing or Cabbage Salad for a separate side. These accompaniments are suggestions and are ordered separately.
