Afghan Hawasana Catering Package – Menu #1 is an Afghan event menu combining rice, meat dishes, kebabs, dumplings, a vegetable side and dessert. The price is $35 per person, with a minimum of 20 guests.

What is included

The package includes Qabuli rice (Qabooli), Teka Kabob, fried chicken, French fries, fresh salad and Ferni milk pudding (Fernee). These fixed items are included alongside your five dish selections.

Choose one option from each group

• Rice: Chalaw (white basmati rice), Zarda Palaw (sweet rice) or Biryani (Beryanee).
• Meat dish: Dashee (Dashi, roasted meat and potatoes), Kofta (meatballs) or Do Peyaza (Dopyaza, meat with onions).
• Kebab: Shami Kebab (minced-meat patties) or Chicken Kebab.
• Dumplings: Mantoo (Mantu, meat-filled dumplings) or Ashak (Aashak, leek-filled dumplings with a meat topping).
• Vegetable: Sabzi (spinach), Bamya (okra), Badenjan Siah (eggplant) or Gulpee (cauliflower).
