Beryanee | بریانی

Beryanee (بریانی), also known as Biryani, is an Afghan rice and meat dish layered with fragrant basmati rice. Afghan Hawasana prepares this main course with halal meat, warm spices and fresh herbs.

Ingredients and preparation

Long-grain basmati rice is cooked with Afghan seasonings, then layered with tender, slow-cooked meat. Fresh herbs finish the dish. The combination gives Beryanee its aromatic flavor and contrasting rice and meat textures.

Serving suggestions
